One of the most stunning waterfalls to have ever seen is Vibhuti Falls, which is located in the middle of a lush forest. There are no adequate words to describe the beauty of Vibhuti Falls. We believe it is a perennial waterfall, and after parking, you must walk or hike for one kilometer. The waterfall is located in a gorgeous area, surrounded by substantial boulders and limestone deposits. It is the perfect summertime hideaway because the water runs in stages.

The Vibhuti Falls is situated in the Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka, India, in the Achave Gram Panchayat, Ankola Taluk. Limestone is what the word “Vibhuthi” implies. The “Vibhuti Falls” is so named because the water in them flows past limestone rocks near Yana. The closest cities to Vibhuti Falls are Gokarna, Kumta, Sirsi, and Ankola. The waterfall is located in North Kanara, about 50 kilometers from Sirsi, and is named for the local limestone rock.

Vibhooti can alternatively be translated as ash. Local folklore holds that the waterfall was created when ashes from Basmasur’s burning were carried away. Due to its proximity to a village of the same name, it is also known as the Mabgi Falls.
